Mr. Gerhart joined the Cleveland office of Love Funding in 2001, as a loan originator. In 2007, he was promoted to
Midwest Regional Manager. In this capacity, he is responsible for the origination of commercial financing transactions
and multi-family loans. He also oversees business development and support for the upper Midwest operations. He has
over thirty years of experience in the banking industry, working on loan origination and production for all
commercial property types. Mr. Gerhart built the firm's success in the Midwest through his commitment to creative
solutions, excellent service and a comprehensive understanding of the upper Midwest markets. In 2006, he closed on
nearly $100 million in loans, primarily in multi-family, senior housing and healthcare. In his current position,
Mr. Gerhart focuses on maintaining existing relationships, expanding coverage on other real estate segments and
offering additional products to enable more tailored client solutions. Prior to joining Love Funding, Mr. Gerhart
served as Midwest Regional Director for GE Capital Real Estate in Chicago, Ill. and most recently as Senior Vice
President for Provident Bank in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Roe is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-founder of Algisys, a biotech company focused on
producing nutritional oils and high protein additives for the supplement, food & beverage, animal feed, and
pharmaceutical industries. Prior to Algisys, he co-founded and served as the CTO for Biofuel Producers of
America (dba Algae Producers, Inc.), which is a diversified algae and biofuels company.
Previously, Dr. Roe was an R&D Consultant and Program Manager with NineSigma, a technology and innovation
sourcing company with offices in Japan, Europe, and the United States. He has also worked in a variety of
other functional capacities that include product development, process engineering, corporate purchasing,
recruiting, supply chain/logistics, six sigma, and corporate quality with such companies as Ford Motor
Company, AkzoNobel/ICI, and General Electric.
Dr. Roe received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, his M.S.
in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from
the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Roe is currently a Director in the Management Division of the
American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), and serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Cleveland Section
of AIChE. He sits on the various Boards of H2OPE Biofuels, SaltExchange.com, Across Borders, and Word
of Grace Church.

The Cleveland Electric Laboratories Company Inc. was founded in 1920 to provide repair service
of electric meters for railroad and Cleveland industries. When formal Ohio Corporation papers were
filed in 1930, we were already supplying temperature instrumentation, calibration and on-site service
for steel and heat treat companies in Ohio. The company continued to grow in sales and employment
by adding the manufacture of thermocouple sensors and components, platinum thermocouple wire, and
new industrial temperature control products.
In 1954, Frederick J. Lieske, an employee of CEL for twelve years, became owner and President.
He successfully grew the company until his passing in 1984. Fred's son, Jack Lieske, was appointed
President of the family-owned business in 1981.

Repeatedly named one of the “Top Dentists” in Northeast Ohio and selected as one of Cleveland’s 50 Most
Interesting People, Dr. Andre’ K. Mickel has become one of Northeast Ohio’s most accomplished scholars in
field of endodontics. Dr. Mickel is the director of the Post-doctorate Endodontic Residency Program and
the Acting Department Chairman of Endodontics at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry.
He has already achieved a “Legacy of Leadership”: President and Chairman of the Board of Health Legacy
of Cleveland, President of the prestigious College of Diplomats of the American Board of Endodontics,
past President of the Ohio Association of Endodontists, the CWRU School of Dentistry Alumni Board of
Directors, the Forest City Dental Society, the American Society for Geriatric Dentistry, and the Delta
Alpha Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Despite his numerous achievements and having lectured from Hawaii to Beirut, Dr. Mickel is most proud
of the Dr. Osetek award he received from the American Association of Endodontists for his ongoing motivational
talks to Cleveland youth. This international award is given to the most outstanding young educator in the
world in the field of Endodontics.
Dr. Mickel cherishes his life with wife Dr. Sabrina Mickel and their two sons, Alexander and Andre Jr.
